New Boiler and Shower Room in Bishopston, Swansea

Project 3 Project 3Mr and Mrs Tucker phoned me regarding thier gas bills. They had a conventional system, comprising of a G-rated boiler, tank and cylinder. They were worried that their gas bills were getting unaffordable, so I suggested we fit an A-rated condensing combination boiler and do away the airing cupboard.

Project 3As the airing cupboard was being removed, this would free up some valuable space for a walk in shower enclosure that Mrs Tucker had been wanting for quite a few years. It meant having to make a partition wall and doorway, with alterations to the plumbing, heating and electrics.

Project 3 Project 3We get to work stripping all the wall surfaces and building the stud partition. Then we work on running all the electrics, plumbing, and heating pipes. As you can see, the team is getting on with the job.

Project 3 Project 3Now the walls are constructed and the plastering can begin.

Project 3 Project 3So here we have the end result - a new utility room incoporating the new condensing combination boiler and purpose-built shower room/bathroom.

Mrs Tucker asked if we could fit a new bathroom suite as well. Here is the result. Mrs Tucker asked if we could fit a new bathroom suite as well. Here is the result. Shower Room Refurbishment in Llanelli

This is a project we completed a little while ago.

Project 1 Project 1Mrs Gaches' shower room was in a pretty bad way. The shower and toilet had been leaking for quite some time and the room needed a total refurbishment. With limited space available, we needed to fit in a toilet, hand basin, shower cubicle and a towel radiator!

Project 1 Project 1We quickly realised that the walls were in a bad way once we had stripped off the bathroom tiles, so removing all of the plaster down to the brickwork and dry lining was the best solution.

Project 1 Project 1After all the pipes and cables are fixed and the walls are dry lined, the tilling can begin.

Project 1 Project 1Here we have the finished shower room. We managed to fit in the new sink, toilet, shower cubicle and new towel radiator.

Bathroom Refurbishment in Llanelli

Project 2 Project 2This job was quit straightfoward. The whole bathroom was in need of some modernising, with the bath being replaced with a large shower unit.

Project 2 Project 2Once the old bathroom suite has been removed, the pipe work is fixed and the walls are sealed so that the tiling can begin.
